In two months, Thiqa ran a Google Display Ads campaign for Rotana Arjaan Hotel Amman — promoting the Happy Sunset Offer at Lounge at Seven to Amman residents within a 10 km radius of Abdali. The campaign delivered 2,107,797 impressions and 27,525 clicks at a $0.03 average CPC, for a total spend of $900. Mobile phones accounted for 95.6% of all clicks (26,317). The top-performing audience was 25–34-year-olds, with the 65+ segment achieving the highest CTR at 1.94%. Gender performance was near-identical, with female audiences slightly outperforming at 1.45% CTR versus 1.23% for male.

Restricted all ad delivery to a 10 km radius around Abdali Mall on Suliman Al Nabulsi Street — Amman's premium business and leisure district. Every impression reached someone within easy reach of the hotel, ensuring zero wasted spend on audiences outside the catchment area.
Interest-Based Audience on Google Display
Rather than keyword-intent targeting, we built an interest-based prospecting audience using Google Display's affinity and in-market signals for dining, luxury travel, and leisure activities. This reached Amman residents passively browsing the web — surfacing the offer before they were actively searching.
Responsive Display Ads with Hotel Creative
Deployed three Responsive Display Ad sets using Rotana Arjaan's food and lounge imagery under the Happy Sunset Offer theme. Google automatically tested headline, description, and image combinations across placements — the top-performing variant delivered 17,695 clicks from 1.37M impressions at $0.03 CPC.
Age Exclusion — Quality Over Volume
Excluded the 18–24 age group entirely to concentrate budget on the 25–64+ segment — audiences with the disposable income and lifestyle fit for a 5-star hotel F&B experience. The 65+ group achieved the highest CTR at 1.94%, confirming the audience strategy. Mobile phones captured 95.6% of all clicks, validating the display placement mix.
